Hull City will return to the Championship next season following their 2-1 win at Lincoln City. A great reward for the Tigers, who are solidly in the lead in League One and have been in the top half of the table since the start of the season.

With 86 points, Hull cannot be overtaken by third-placed Sunderland (73pts and one game in hand) or fourth-placed Lincoln (72pts and two games in hand).

Relegated to League One last season, George Honeyman's side have spent just one season in the lower echelon and will be one of 24 teams in the Championship for the 2021/22 season.
